Registered NurseLabor and Delivery RN needed for night shifts. Must have travel experience. Charge experience is preferred. Experience with a charting system is required. Facility experiences required include Community Client. Experience in LTAC and Trauma Level I and II is preferred. Skills required include administration of blood and blood products. Experience in adult cardiac arrest, amnioinfusion, and antepartum care is necessary. Must be familiar with anticoagulation therapy and antihypertensives. Antiseizure management and APGAR scores assessment are required. Candidates should assist with amniocentesis, circumcision, and high-risk deliveries. Should be skilled in sterile exams related to effacement, dilation, and presentation. Experience with vaginal delivery is crucial. Knowledge of breastfeeding support and car seat education is necessary. Candidates must have experience with various medical conditions like cardiac disease and cervical cerclage. Must be adept in cesarean sections and circulating for C-sections. Experience in newborn care, diabetic management, and postpartum care is required. Understanding of maternal health complications such as pre-eclampsia and placental issues is essential. Skills in triage of obstetrical patients and mother-baby couplet care are required. Familiarity with special procedures in antepartum care is necessary. Care for neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients is expected. Daily census and patient care management experience are preferred. Candidates must be willing to float within the facility as needed. Preferred are candidates who have not worked for the facility in the past year. Professional references are required.
