Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently. Attention to Detail: Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring the right items are served at the right time. Maintain clean and organized dining spaces that align with brand standards. Multitasking and Time Management: Manage multiple tables or tasks at once while keeping guests satisfied.Organize effectively during busy dining periods. Comfortably upsell menu items, beverages, or promotions. Teamwork: Work well with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service. Professionalism and Appearance: Adhere to uniform and grooming standards, representing the hotel brand appropriately. Basic Math and POS Experience: Handle payment transactions, process bills, and use point-of-sale systems efficiently. Culinary Skills: Prepare meals to order, following recipes, maintaining consistent quality and presentation. Apply proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques. Food Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in food service is advantageous. Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
