Required Skills:

• Current NY Nurse Practitioner license in hand
• Board Certification in dermatology or family practice with a dermatology focus
• Recent EPIC electronic health record experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Ability to manage a patient load of 25-35 per day effectively
• Strong documentation skills with a comprehensive work history
• Supportive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with NY state laws and regulations governing advanced practice nursing
• BLS certification

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience supporting dermatology clinics or specialty practices
• Experience working with LPN, RN, or MA support staff
• Flexibility to support float shifts or additional locations
• Experience with malpractice documentation if applicable

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN or higher)
• At least 3+ years of dermatology or primary care experience

Other Requirements:

• Must have NY license and recent EPIC experience
• Availability to start by July 20, 2026
• Support staff knowledge (LPN, RN, MA) experience is a plus
• Ability to work day shifts (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm) with flexible scheduling options
• Willingness to work at Clifton Springs with potential float to RGH Genesee Valley Derm
