Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer

TRICOR Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Inside Sales Risk Manager to join our growing team in Sparta, Wisconsin. As a Personal Lines Inside Sales Risk Manager, you will:

• Build relationships with prospects and clients through consultative conversations
• Identify coverage needs and provide customized insurance solutions
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, cross-selling, and relationship-building activities
• Partner with clients to review risks, recommend appropriate coverage, and deliver exceptional service
• Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, carriers, and value-added solutions
• Collaborate with team members to create positive client experiences and achieve sales goals
• Consistently uncover opportunities to strengthen client relationships and protect more of what matters most

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or two or more years of related sales experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Insurance experience preferred
• Ag/Farm insurance knowledge is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
