Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Springfield team. The role focuses on supporting the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and prepared. You will handle onboarding paperwork, background checks, and provide HR administrative support. Ideal candidates have experience in HR or administrative roles, great organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Flexible Monday through Friday schedule and competitive pay from $18 to $22 per hour based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
