Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Multiple Myeloma - Southeast

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Thought Leader Liaison for Multiple Myeloma to lead Key Opinion Leader engagement strategy across the Southeast region. The role involves developing regional KOL strategies, building relationships with academic and community leaders, and overseeing marketing education initiatives for oncology brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education, and faculty development
- Provide local market insights to craft strategies for DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY, and CARVYKTI brands
- Build and maintain relationships with academic, community KOLs and key partners across Southeast region
- Monitor regional multiple myeloma trends and coordinate marketing education plans with cross-functional teams
- Supervise regional marketing budget and oversee innovative educational platform development for medical congresses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's, MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred
- Minimum 6 years marketing, medical, or sales experience engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to innovate and deliver results
- Demonstrated understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Strong customer relationship management and patient-impact focus
- Valid United States driver's license required
- Willingness to travel up to 65% including meetings, advisory boards, and medical congresses
