Position Overview

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Site Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations at Toledo Express Airport. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring quality service, supporting team members, maintaining client satisfaction, and keeping airport facilities clean, safe, and presentable.

The Site Lead serves as the primary on-site representative for Clean Team and plays a critical role in coordinating daily operations, conducting inspections, training employees, and maintaining communication between airport personnel and company leadership.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced cleaner, janitorial supervisor, custodial lead, facilities coordinator, or team leader who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily janitorial operations throughout the airport facility
• Work alongside cleaning staff and assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Conduct facility inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure all assigned cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Maintain staffing coverage and assist with scheduling needs
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for airport personnel and Clean Team management
• Address operational issues and help resolve concerns in a timely manner
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, facility maintenance, or commercial cleaning experience required
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and support a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the workday
• Must be eligible to pass a background check
