Roles & Responsibilities:

• Possessing over 10 years of experience in the role of Software Architect.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align product architecture with enterprise standards.
• Ensure a consistent approach for all requirements and collaborate with Line of Business Engagement leads to streamline the migration of applications to the cloud.
• Exhibit knowledge of cloud-native architecture, cloud tooling, DevOps, and stay abreast of the latest trends and practices.
• Certification in Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, or AWS.
• Demonstrate significant experience leading complex technology initiatives in a large and dynamic segment of a financial services organization.
• Exhibit strong client engagement experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in JIRA.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, along with excellent communication abilities at diverse levels, ranging from technologists to senior managers and executive leadership.
• Effectively drive and lead change in an organization with Wells Fargo's size, scale, and complexity.
• Possess highly effective decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with key business partners and translate complex technical concepts into clear understanding, coupled with the capability to effectively partner and influence at the senior executive level.
• Demonstrate expertise in envisioning, strategizing, gaining consensus across key functional leadership, and driving action through effective communication and goal-oriented management.
