If you can close, we'll keep you busy. Pre-qualified in-home appointments every day,  base pay plus commission plus bonuses, and a fast start with no long training runaround.

The Brothers that just do Gutters is a growing seamless gutter installation company looking for a driven, personable sales professional to run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments. This is not a cold-calling or door-to-door prospecting role. We provide 3-4 leads per day, you run the estimate, build trust with the homeowner, and close the deal.

What you'll do

• Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners who have already requested an estimate
• Present pricing, answer questions, and close sales on the spot when possible
• Represent the Brothers Gutters brand professionally in customers' homes
• Help generate additional local interest in the neighborhoods you visit through simple, low-effort activities during your appointments

What we're looking for

• Sales experience preferred, ideally in gutters or another home improvement trade
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, self-directed role with minimal hand-holding once trained
• Able to learn our process quickly and start running appointments independently within days, not months
• Reliable vehicle, since you'll be driving to appointments across the service area
• Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy presence in someone's home

Compensation

Pay includes a base amount for every appointment you run, commission on every job you close, and there are even weekly and monthly performance bonuses. Most employees earn between $60,000 to $85,000 per year. With no cap on earning potential, top producers earn a lot more.
