Key Responsibilities Receive customers and accurately document vehicle concerns Build repair orders and present technician findings Help customers prioritize maintenance and repairs Maintain communication throughout the repair process Coordinate daily workflow with technicians and management Support a fast-paced, team-driven environment Our systems are organized — advisors focus on communication and sales, not chaos.
