Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will lead go-to-market initiatives, deliver impactful enablement programs, and help maximize the success of key commercial investments. This role is ideal for a collaborative, data-driven professional who enjoys translating insights into action and influencing business outcomes.**Responsibilities*** Execute go-to-market strategies for commercial product releases and enhancements that drive positive business outcomes* Align Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around launches and initiatives* Build repeatable GTM processes, manage timelines, and deliver against key performance indicators* Develop reports and dashboards to track sales campaign effectiveness and key business initiatives* Take proactive actions to increase market awareness and drive usage and preference of LN content, products, and services* Deliver customer-facing presentations, training programs, playbooks, and enablement materials* Conduct competitive research and analysis while incorporating customer insights into messaging and GTM strategy* Present GTM strategies, launch plans, and business results to senior leaders**Requirements*** Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills* Equivalent professional experience* Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, driving accountability and alignment across teams to achieve shared business goals* Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver under deadlines* Analytical mindset with comfort using dashboards and analyzing data to inform decisions* CRM and GTM tooling expertise* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint* Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, or product analytics platforms**Work in a Way That Works for You**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
