Job-ID17358446Reference21-08263 Job Description: Top 3 Daily Responsibilities Ownership and support for MSP with Staff Augmentation request management and Global Access Tracking and onboarding request management Lead specific projects regarding operational improvements on topics such as initial inquiry management, worker onboarding, ticket management, process documentation, system notifications, and escalation management. Assist MSP and requestors navigate requests that are atypical, global, or require policy review. Additional Responsibilities Response to CLIENT requestors as part of the operations team Ticket queue management in partnership with the MSP Manage data reporting requests validation Partner with MSP and Internal CLIENT IT Teams on application issues and updates Assist CLIENT Mobility Team for immigration support requests related to non-employees Qualifications 5+ years in a non-employee/contingent workforce program operations role, client side or with an MSP in a client facing capacity Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Nice to Have Project Management or Project Coordination experience Experience managing Statement of Work projects Experience in operations of global program
