Whether we're helping a homeowner lower their energy bills or keeping a business's systems running smoothly, we treat every job with care and professionalism.As a Service Dispatcher, you will:Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on priority, skill set, and location while managing daily workflow and service coverageHandle inbound customer calls, service requests, and emergency dispatch needsCoordinate between service, install, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operationsHelp maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communications and fast response timesSupport service management with reporting, schedule adjustments, and ongoing workflow improvements focused on efficiency and customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is preferredExpeirence using ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar service management software is preferred, but we will train the right personStrong communication skills with both technicians and customersProblem-solving mindset with the ability to adjust schedules quickly as priorities changeCustomer service experience in a home services or trades environment is a plusJoin the Complete Comfort FamilyWhen you choose Complete Comfort, you're not just joining a company-you're joining a team that takes pride in its work and values its people.
