Operational Management:*** Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.* Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.* Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.**2. Customer Service:*** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.* Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.**3. Staff Management:*** Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.* Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.**4. Sales and Financial Management:*** Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.* Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.**5. Fleet Management:*** Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.* Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.* Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.**6.
