Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle adjustments for long-term recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Utilize innovative techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure)
• CPR and BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Pediatric experience is preferred, but comfort with adult orthopedics is also essential
