Senior Lead HVAC & Ductwork Installation Specialist Aire Serv of Tampa | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Ductwork Fabrication & Installation: Design, modify, fabricate, and install custom ductwork systems, sheet metal fittings, transitions, and airflow solutions for both residential and commercial applications.
- Complex System Installations: Lead full replacements and new installations of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ductless mini-splits, and large packaged commercial units.
- On-Site Leadership & Mentorship: Direct and train installation crews and apprentices, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and local building codes.
- Commissioning & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive system startup, diagnostic testing, airflow balance, and post-installation quality checks to guarantee zero callbacks.
- Client Engagement: Communicate clearly and professionally with property owners and project managers, delivering 5-star service that upholds our famous Done Right PromiseTM.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven, hands-on background in residential and commercial HVAC equipment installation AND comprehensive ductwork design/installation.
- Certifications: Valid EPA Universal Certification required; NATE Certification strongly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, refrigeration cycles, high/low voltage electrical wiring, duct sizing, and local Florida building codes.
- Location & License: Must reside in the Tampa area with a valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional Standard: Exceptional leadership abilities, clear communication skills, and a clean-cut, customer-focused approach.
