Market Financial Center Manager

Operate as a backup financial center leader within a market Manage client traffic, engage and appropriately route clients, and foster client retention Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching Create a world-class client experience environment Manage market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders Drive operational excellence Support a cluster of financial centers in designated markets in the absence of the assigned financial center manager Manage as a business owner and foster a team environment Instill an effective client-centric and risk culture Ensure all aspects of the financial center run effectively and cohesively Recruit, onboard, and develop talent and support talent mobility for career growth Lead and encourage identification, escalation, and resolution of potential risks Manage expenses and demonstrate an owner’s mindset Deliver results through effective team management, structure, and routines Requirements Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or escape as needed Strong financial and business acumen, including experience leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and deepen relationships Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing and delegating Strong verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation, and active listening skills Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs such as Microsoft Office Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market Desired: one year of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports Desired: experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in related field Desired: bilingual, fluent verbal and written Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Core Competencies Demonstrates strong financial and business acumen with the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence in a financial services environment.
