Quality Inspector II – PCBA | 2nd ShiftLocation: Westborough, MA Schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift Industry: Electronics / PCBA Manufacturing $24.00 – $26.00 Plus 10% DifferentialWe are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector II – PCBA to perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of complex printed circuit board assemblies in a precision electronics manufacturing environment.This position is ideal for an experienced PCB/PCBA inspector with strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards, electronic assembly documentation, and visual inspection techniques.ResponsibilitiesPerform first article, in-process, and final inspections of complex PCB assembliesInspect printed circuit board assemblies using microscopes, magnifiers, and precision measuring equipmentInspect cable and wire harness assemblies using visual and mechanical inspection methodsReview assembly drawings, bills of materials, CircuitCAM documentation, and related manufacturing documentationIdentify workmanship defects and deviations from engineering specificationsDocument inspection results clearly and accuratelyIdentify and properly document nonconforming materialFollow established quality procedures and ESD controlsWork independently while maintaining accuracy and production prioritiesQualifications3+ years of experience working in the PCB/PCBA industryStrong knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standardsStrong knowledge of the First Article Inspection processExperience inspecting complex printed circuit board assembliesProficiency using microscopes and magnification equipmentExperience using inspection tools including calipers and micrometersAbility to read and understand assembly drawings, BOMs, CircuitCAM documentation, or equivalent manufacturing documentationKnowledge of inspection reporting and nonconforming material proceduresUnderstanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controlsStrong attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with little or no direct supervisionAbility to work with a sense of urgency without compromising qualityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to walk, reach, and perform detailed inspection work throughout the shiftAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electronics quality professional looking to continue developing their career in advanced PCBA manufacturing.Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
