Production Operators All Shifts

Vermont Cider Company is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. We have openings on all shifts at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT. Schedule

1. st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
2. nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am (Shift differential applies)
3. rd Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30pm (Shift differential applies)

Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the manufacturing cycle Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Document production activities and report any issues or deviations What We Offer Competitive pay rate of $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience Additional $2 per hour shift differential for all hours worked on 2nd and 3rd shift Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and accidental insurance 401k with employer match Paid time off Paid parental leave Annual bonus plan and more Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities About the Company We reinvigorated American hard cider in 1991 and continue to lead the category through our commitment to crafting innovative and refreshing hard ciders.
