Recovery Coach & Community Connector (Bridge Program)

City of Greensboro seeks a Peer Support Specialist for the BRIDGE program to assist individuals recovering from substance use and overdose. You will use lived experience and professional skills to build trust, provide recovery coaching, and connect clients with housing, healthcare, and public benefits after discharge.
Work with Cone Health and Community Safety, focusing on compassionate, equitable care and community wellness.
