Compassionate Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) - North County San Diego Float

Job Description

Description:

Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse if LVN.
Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions and changes.
Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care.
One to one care for pediatric and dependent adult patients with g-tube
Participate in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums

Shifts

T - 11:30am to 4:00pm
W & F - 8:00am to 4:00pm
Th - 4:00pm to 9:00pm
S or Su - 8:00am to 4:00pm

Must have a current CA - LVN license
