We are hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to support customer engagement, community outreach, and in-person marketing campaigns.

No previous sales or marketing experience is needed. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you develop valuable communication, customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

Engage with customers and community members in person
Represent clients at events and promotional campaigns
Introduce customers to products, services, and programs
Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
Support community outreach and customer engagement activities
Assist with event setup and campaign operations
Work with a team to achieve daily goals
Participate in training and professional development

What We're Looking For

We're looking for outgoing, motivated, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people and are ready to learn.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, events, or marketing is helpful but not required .
