Registered Nurse Per Diem

About the Role:

CareGave Health Corp is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis in Merrimac, MA. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and care plans

Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and progress

Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as ordered

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions

Respond to changes in patient condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

Previous clinical nursing experience preferred

BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus

Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible per diem scheduling
