Role Overview We're looking for a hands-on, well-rounded IT leader who can serve as the site-level IT generalist and systems owner. This role is focused on traditional IT infrastructure, business systems, and site technology support, with a strong emphasis on stability, reliability, and modernization. The ideal candidate will be strong across core IT areas such as infrastructure, systems support, ERP/enterprise applications, and site-level technology operations. This person will also help guide the site through technology upgrades and future ERP modernization initiatives (e.g., SAP). Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IT operations for a manufacturing/engineering site Support core IT systems including servers, networks, end‑user systems, and business applications Manage IT projects, vendors, budgets, and site technology initiatives Ensure cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices are in place and maintained Support and improve enterprise systems (including ERP platforms and legacy systems) Partner with site leadership and corporate IT teams on technology strategy and execution Provide general IT troubleshooting and infrastructure support across the site Lead and develop local IT support personnel (if applicable) Why This Opportunity is Exciting This role offers the chance to join a company that prioritizes both people and performance-where your contributions directly impact client success while giving you room to grow and develop professionally. Job Requirements What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 7+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment 3+ years in IT leadership or site-level IT management What Sets You Apart ERP systems experience (SAP or similar strongly preferred) Experience supporting enterprise applications and legacy system environments Exposure to digital transformation or system modernization initiatives Strong background in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems support, end‑user computing) Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and budgets Strong understanding of cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery practices Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
