Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education/experience. Upon hire: Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
