Your Role: As a Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant at Som Medical Practice, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments and providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
Collaborating with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Building strong relationships with patients and their families to promote open communication and trust.

Qualifications:

Current Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant licensure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
