Legal Publications Editor — Precision in Legal Citations
US-Office-of-the-Secretary-of-Labor
The ECAB position is located within the Employees' Compensation Appeals Board, which has final and exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide appeals from decisions of the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs under FECA. This role is based in Washington, DC and sits inside the bargaining unit. GS-09 eligibility requires 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to GS-07.
