Key Responsibilities\n

  • Facilitate psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and other therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Therapist Supervisor at Shelter Counseling Clinic, you will work primarily with underserved populations, including individuals facing social, economic, and cultural barriers to accessing mental health services. Our clients vary widely in age, background, and presenting issues, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
