Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Recruitment Associate to support recruitment operations and broader HR functions within a structured, fast-paced corporate environment. This role partners closely with HR and Talent leaders to manage hiring workflows, coordinate candidate activities, and support key HR operational processes including onboarding, documentation, vendor coordination, and purchase order (PO) management.

This position is ideal for someone with strong recruiting coordination experience who is ready to take on expanded responsibilities across Human Resources.

Please Note: Local candidates are required (45-minute commute to Paramus, NJ (Bergen County and surrounding areas)

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned roles.
• Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Help drive a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Track talent pipelines and support recruitment reporting and metrics.
• Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and maintain timely follow-up.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate candidate communications.

HR Operations & Administrative Support

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Create, track, and process Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate vendor invoices and payment submissions.
• Support HR programs, employee activities, and special projects.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation in compliance with internal standards.
• Support process improvements and administrative efficiencies within HR operations.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement teams on vendor and payment-related activities.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Paramus, NJ for the duration of the contract.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking or HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Experience with PO creation/tracking, vendor invoice coordination, and payment processing.
• Hands-on HR operations experience including onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and employee file maintenance.
• Full-cycle recruitment support experience: resume review, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding assistance.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting distributed teams or multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern ATS/HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.)
• Experience in a structured corporate, enterprise, or regulated environment (pharma, biotech, healthcare, hospital systems, large nonprofits, or corporate HR)
