As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to company recipes and standards, maintaining food safety and sanitation practices, and ensuring every plate meets our quality expectations before it reaches the guest. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, flat tops, ovens, and other cooking equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner Verify food quality, portion sizes, and presentation before serving Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of cooking stations, equipment, and work areas Follow all food safety, temperature control, and sanitation procedures Stock, restock, and organize food products and kitchen supplies throughout each shift Communicate product shortages, equipment concerns, or operational needs to management promptly Assist with opening, closing, prep work, and side work duties as assigned Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Follow all company recipes, cooking procedures, and kitchen standards consistently Skills/Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older Previous cook, line cook, grill cook, or kitchen experience preferred but not required Serv-Safe or equivalent Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and cooking procedures consistently Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and speed Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Benefits Weekly Pay Flexible scheduling Paid shift meal Employee discount Opportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
