Project Overview Create help guides/templates on a variety of system administration topics, which may include cybersecurity, cyber compliance, cyber vulnerability audits relating to Test Equipment. Position Overview TESA is seeking a highly capable Cyber/Systems Engineer with strong experience in IT systems administration, requirements development, and technical writing. This candidate should have a high level understanding of systems engineering. Key Deliverables Help guides/templates about cybersecurity topics. Conduct peer reviews about the help guides/templates the candidate is working on. Write system requirements, along with cyber requirements. Document the verification methods for the requirements. Success Criteria Successful approval of the help guides/templates through the Raytheon Change Control Board (CCB). Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have) Good attitude, willingness to learn. Eager to help the program and make a difference. Need someone who will work and knows how to write effectively and coherently. Do not need someone who uses AI tools to write all of their documents for them. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Research cybersecurity topics and Raytheon processes. Write help guides/templates. Prepare for peer reviews. Making updates to documents. Writing requirements and their verification methods. Tools / Technologies Required Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Years of Experience Required 3 years Required Experience Systems Engineering requirements. Understands Systems Administration concepts. Cyber Compliance audits. Understanding about Test Equipment.
