Senior Affordable Housing Compliance Pro (Remote/Travel)
$50 per hourHousing Consultants of America, LLC
A national compliance consulting firm is seeking Affordable Housing Compliance Professionals to conduct onsite and remote file audits across the U.S. This 1099 Independent Contractor role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in affordable housing compliance. Candidates must possess strong expertise in HUD and LIHTC, as well as active COS and HCCP designations.
