Hybrid Claims Adjuster Trainee — Jumpstart Your Insurance Career

Progressive is hiring a claims adjuster trainee in Missouri. The role is hybrid, with in-office two days and remote options for the rest of the week for 12 months. You’ll learn to manage a full case load from start to finish, under coaching from leaders, while gaining in-depth training on property damage and insurance contracts.
