Supporting a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, the full-time Georgia Customer Service Specialist will work remotely to assist customers, promote products, and enhance sales while managing unique situations and problem-solving. Key responsibilities Handle a busy day of inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing personalized assistance Promote additional products during customer interactions to improve sales Assist with account-related tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders Required qualifications At least 12 months of customer service experience Ability to learn and work effectively in a virtual environment Experience navigating multiple systems and screens Must provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
