Medical Director - Veterinarian (DVM) | Merced, CA | Small Animal GP | $200,000 – $225,000 Base + Sign-On Bonus Up to $75K

We are seeking an experienced DVM to join an established hospital as Medical Director, providing clinical leadership while practicing alongside a supportive veterinary team. This role offers the opportunity to mentor doctors, influence hospital culture, and collaborate with leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and a thriving practice environment.

• Sign-on bonus up to $75,000
• Competitive base salary: $200,000 – $225,000 + Production bonus opportunity

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited veterinary school
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice veterinary medicine in California
• TN visa sponsorship supported for qualified veterinarians from Canada and Mexico
