Mancan is working with a company in Mount Hope seeking a technical support representative. This is not a remote position. This is a temp to hire position. This position works a rotating schedule, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, then Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. May also include working 11am-7pm. Pay is based on experience starting at $19/hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to installers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to residential door operators.
- Deliver application assistance and repair guidance via telephone support.
- Assist in the daily operations and administrative tasks of the department.
- Participate in field service calls or training seminars requiring light travel when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach in all interactions. Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with installing or troubleshooting residential door operators preferred.
- Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred.
- Flexibility to travel for field service calls or training seminars as needed.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
