Substitute Nurse (LPN/RN)

Immediate opening. Substitute nurse position for the Laquey School District. The substitute nurse will provide direct healthcare services including but not limited to first aid, managing health conditions, screenings, administering medications, reviewing immunization and health records. Experience with pediatrics and chronic health conditions (i.e. asthma, allergies, and type 1 diabetes) is preferred. Located in Pulaski County, Missouri, and just minutes from Fort Leonard Wood, Laquey School District offers a teaching environment unlike any other. We are a proud Purple Star School District, dedicated to supporting our military-connected families and students.

While our physical campus maintains a close-knit community feel with approximately 600 students and 100 dedicated staff members across three buildings, we also have a virtual school. Our innovative virtual school serves an additional 3,500 students across the state.

With our school year calendar students attend approximately 150 days a year. Staff have numerous 4-day weekends as well as breaks throughout the school year, giving you more time for yourself, your family, or personal pursuits.
