Powder Coater I - 3rd Shift - $20.75/hr + $1.50 Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Sun – Thurs, 8:45pm – 5:15am, OT Required What You Will Do: This manufacturing role supports production by following established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and completing routine tasks safely and efficiently. Key skills include attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to learn and follow standardized work instructions. Paints and uses powder operations to properly prepare components that may include sub-assemblies and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products Unloads parts, part racks, and hooks from the line while visually inspecting completed parts Applies painting and/or powder process in accordance with product specifications Sets paint/powder equipment for proper tolerances, color, and feed rate Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria Strives for operational excellence by promoting a team-based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in preventative maintenance and safety programs, striving for cost reduction, and committing to on-time, complete, and error-free shipments Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends What You Need: Preferred: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of relevant experience Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and lift materials above head Ability to lift and maneuver up to 35 – 50 pounds Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, or stand as needed #GQOIndeed $20.75/hr + $1.50 Shift Premium, plus bonus potential and benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
