Job Description: Job Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, promoting merchandise, supporting sales goals, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. The role provides product recommendations, participates in store activities, and works collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Provide product recommendations, styling advice, and suggest complementary products.
- Promote current marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Support sales goals and customer service objectives.
- Participate in store meetings and team activities.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to learn product knowledge and provide professional recommendations.
- Willingness to perform additional duties to support business needs.
