Bilingual Warehouse Operations AssistantTotal Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our client's team!This is a full-time opportunity on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.Bilingual Warehouse Operations Assistant Job Duties May Include:Processing customer orders accurately and timely using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Coordinating daily inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse operationsPreparing shipping documents, Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, shipping labels, and related documentationCommunicating with customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, inventory inquiries, and special requestsMonitoring order progress and resolving shipment discrepancies promptlyPerforming inventory adjustments, investigating inventory discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory recordsCoordinating with transportation providers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveriesGenerating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reportsMaintaining customer files, shipping records, and operational documentationScheduling appointments for inbound deliveries and outbound shipmentsSupporting cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activitiesResponding professionally to customer emails and phone inquiriesProviding administrative and operational support to warehouse managementCompleting additional duties as assigned by managementBilingual Warehouse Operations Assistant Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a 3PL warehouse environmentExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and OutlookExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentBilingual in English/ Spanish or English/ Mandarin Chinese preferredBenefits Include:Weekly payMedical insurancePaid holidaysReferral bonusesApply in person at: 654 N Independence Blvd, Romeoville, IL 60446.
