Position Summary The Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on inventory, reconciliations, general ledger, month-end close, and leasing accounting. This is a hands-on opportunity for an accounting professional looking to broaden their experience and take on increasing responsibility. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile inventory records Perform bank and account reconciliations Prepare journal entries and support the general ledger Assist with month-end and year-end close Track leased assets and leasing transactions Maintain loan amortization schedules Support inventory accounting and financial reporting Assist with accounting process improvements and special projects Provide accounting support to management and executive leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1+ years of general accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience with accounting software; ERP experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively Why Join?
