Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse Opportunity

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (unencumbered)
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required

• Proficient in electronic medical records and continuous patient monitoring devices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care to neonates recovering from prematurity, illness, or surgical procedures
• Monitor and promptly respond to changes in infants' conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide education and emotional support to families throughout their child's hospitalization
• Accurately document care, interventions, and patient progress
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times
