Our client is expanding its mission critical construction portfolio and is looking for a Project Manager to help lead the delivery of high impact data center projects. This is an opportunity to step into a visible role where you will influence major builds, work alongside experienced construction leaders, and help drive projects that demand strong coordination, technical depth, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in data center construction, excels in managing complex MEP scopes, and thrives in fast paced environments where schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction all matter.

Focus

• Lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope execution for complex mission critical construction projects from planning through final turnover
• Manage budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement coordination, and change order activity to support successful project outcomes
• Partner with superintendents, design professionals, and trade partners to resolve constructability, code, quality, and coordination issues
• Support subcontract administration, buyout activities, permitting needs, inspections, and project documentation
• Track project milestones, cost performance, risk items, and owner deliverables throughout the construction lifecycle
• Help maintain strong standards for safety, quality, and client communication across the jobsite
• Contribute to closeout activities, including final documentation, turnover packages, and completion milestones

Skill Set

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in data center construction
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and change order management
• Working knowledge of building codes, project controls, and documentation practices
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively across owners, consultants, field teams, and subcontractors
• Proven ability to stay organized and make sound decisions in complex construction environments
