Nursing Home Administrator

As a Nursing Home Administrator at Heritage Lakeside, you will have the opportunity to lead our skilled nursing and long term care community, shaping the daily operations, census, and regulatory compliance of our facility. Our patient-centered care approach enables our skilled nursing team to develop personalized care plans to address each resident's physical, spiritual, social and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, census, and regulatory compliance
Lead and develop department heads across nursing, dietary, therapy, and support services
Manage budget, staffing, and financial performance
Serve as the primary contact for state survey and licensing matters
Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral partners
Lead with Vision and Passion : You will be the leader of our skilled nursing and long term care community, making a real impact on the lives of our residents and staff.
Requirements:
Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license (or license eligible with reciprocity)
Prior SNF leadership experience preferred
Working knowledge of state and federal long term care regulations
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to senior care
