Server Assistant

Job Overview At Main Event, Server Assistants support Servers to create an amazing dining experience for guests. Responsibilities Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Assist with greeting guests and taking drink orders. Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guests’ needs. Refill condiments, pre‑buss tables, and turn tables. Support opening, mid‑day, or closing duties. Create memorable experiences through exceptional service. Qualifications Prior food and beverage experience is a plus. Guest‑focused mindset. Teamwork skills. Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification (as required). Effective communication skills. Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills. Effective communication with management, teammates, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends. Pay Hourly pay range: $7.25 – $12.00. Benefits & Perks 50% off food, beverages, activities, and unlimited game play. Tuition Reimbursement Program. Paid time off (for those who qualify).
