Job Description

As a Concrete Carpenter , you will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing forms and structures used in concrete construction. This role involves working on job sites, where you will construct and set forms for a variety of concrete applications according to project specifications and safety standards. You must follow construction guidelines, safety protocols, and quality requirements to ensure strong and properly finished concrete structures.

Job Type : Full-time

Hourly Rate : $28-$32 an hour/per diem $105/7 day

Expected Hours : 50-60, 10 weeks

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build, install, and remove formwork for concrete structures.
• Read and interpret basic drawings and specifications to determine layout and dimensions.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials for form construction.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and bracing of forms prior to concrete placement.
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing as needed.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain tools and follow all job site safety procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in concrete work, carpentry, or a related construction role preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
• Basic understanding of construction practices and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a variety of environments and conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
