Job Summary: In this role, you will generate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting local businesses, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling first-time appointments for the Outside Sales team. The Sales Associate supports business development efforts throughout the Austin market and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, territory development, and relationship building. Sales Associate Pay & Details: Pay: $47,500 annual base salary Additional Earnings: $10 per completed sales opportunity Commission on installed accounts Expected first-year earnings of approximately $59,000+ annually Auto Allowance: $625 monthly vehicle allowance ($7,500 annually) Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Field-Based | Austin, TX Territory Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Company-provided laptop and cell phone Salesforce CRM and sales tools provided Professional wardrobe provided Paid holidays 401(k) with company match after one year Paid vacation after one year No overnight travel Hands-on sales training and mentorship

Sales Associate Duties: Prospect local businesses through face-to-face cold calling, territory development, and lead generation activities Visit 25-35 businesses daily to identify decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities Research prospective customers and gather key business information to support the sales process Qualify prospects and schedule first-time appointments for Outside Sales Representatives Present introductory sales messaging and effectively handle objections Maintain accurate prospect, account, contact, and opportunity information within Salesforce CRM Communicate prospect activity, appointment details, and territory updates to the sales team Represent the company professionally while building strong business relationships throughout the territory

Sales Associate Requirements: Required: Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to reliably commute throughout the assigned territory Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements, which may include a criminal background check and drug test High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to confidently interact face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and strong sense of urgency Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable hearing "no" while maintaining professionalism Ability to learn and follow a structured sales process Desire to build a long-term career in professional sales Nice to Have (Not Required): Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Previous sales, customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or business development experience Experience prospecting, networking, or generating leads Salesforce CRM experience
