Kenworth Northeast is currently looking for an experienced Parts Administrator to work at the Albany, NY location. The Parts Administrator assists the Parts Department with day to day parts and inventory control functions. Performs routine but somewhat varied office and clerical duties as well as some complex and diversified duties, in accordance with standard procedures, under minimum supervision.

- Performs complex clerical and analytical tasks requiring a thorough knowledge of company policy and procedures.
- Recaps daily counter ticket sales, posting of cores and make daily bank deposit.
- Work with PACCAR invoices in receiving parts into DBS, reconcile coupons purchases.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Operates a terminal console and other related office equipment in fulfilling duties.
- Perform some collections of accounts.
- Ability to operate switchboard.
- Reconcile inter-store transfers, ensure special ordered parts are invoiced and freight recap.
- Assist trucks sales with overflow phone calls and directs customers to truck salesmen when no truck salesmen are in the building.
- Cash control (Petty cash, Cash board, credit cards, deposits) - including posting each invoice or RO.
- Inventory reconciliation every two weeks.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Experience in automotive or heavy duty parts preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be detail oriented, organized and have to ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
