McAlister Institute is seeking a compassionate SUD Counselor to join our San Diego-area team. You will conduct individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, and support clients through recovery in residential or other treatment settings. This on-site role requires CA SUD certification, experience with adult populations, and a strong emphasis on trauma-informed, culturally competent care.
