Somerby has consistently been regarded as one of the top golf courses in the state. We are looking for individuals to participate in a team dedicated to great hospitality in both the Grille and Chophouse restaurants. Compensation: $12-$13 per hour plus tips. Job tasks (duties): • Welcome members and guest as they enter • Assist servers in table maintenance: o Run food from kitchen to server o Communicate information between server and kitchen o Clear used dishware from tables o Bus, clean, and reset tables o Wash & bring up dishes to kitchen o Assist with bread service • Provide immediate attention to members and assist with any questions • Keep dining room clean and organized • Keep members informed on upcoming events and is always a gracious host Requirements • Should be able to withstand long periods of time on feet • Should be able to lift/move up to 20 lbs. • Ability to communicate effectively • Positive attitude • Substance screening is required before employment Benefits • Flexible scheduling • Uniform • Meals while working on premise • Discount on merchandise in the golf shop and food from our restaurants • Free golf privileges during low traffic times (tee times must be approved by the golf shop) Please apply in person or send applications to View email address on click.appcast.io.
